Rehearsal

Every leaders must send me every details for each activity (including the procedure, list of materials, quantity of materials needed, allocation of time and etc.) by tonight before 10pm . One minute late, FINE RM1.

Suet Choon and Kean Vonn please get your script and costume ready, and if need help, do voice out.

Everyone please think of what we should give them as souvenir.

Tomorrow after IO lecture, will have a full rehearsal at Suet Choon's house. All must come and no more excuses this time!

For your information, the rehearsal may stay until very late as tomorrow is the last chance for all of us to rehearse everything and get everything prepared and well-organized. Remember that, organizing a camp, is not that you do your part and i do my part, then that's it. Everyone must be clear for each and every details for the flow. So, please do contribute and sacrifice your time as well.

Anything that need to buy, prepare or whatsoever please get it ready. Leaders please remind us if there is anything that we can help, or need us to bring along.

The center has projector, so every leader please discuss with your team whether or not you guys need it. If yes, please prepare your own slides.

Hopefully we will have a great time by working together in getting our things done.

Mini Camp!

Hihi~ Since we will be going to the daycare center next wednesday, and since we don't have much time left, so we need more than one time to rehearse the whole flow.
Sunday (12/4), 1pm, will have the first rehearsal at Suet Choon and Ching Sik's house. Everyone should have present yourself on sunday. Anyone cannot make it, please let me know by today!
Do voice out any idea, opinion you have!
Hopefully everyone will take INITIATIVE please do not be PASSIVE anymore as this is for the sake of our whole class. And do take this seriously as we are not only representing UTAR, PY3, we have to care about Mr.Tan's prestige as well.
Do remind me if i left out anything.

Please take note:

1. Teng Fai, Kean Vonn and Chin Shien please contact those who do have transport, of course be their driver if needed.
2. Each person-in-charge for each session please list out all the materials needed for each particular session. And of course, think of how long each session will take, what can be done if anything happen. Come out with agenda, the flow and the most important thing is how are you going to conduct the activity (the procedure). The person-in-charge have to be very clear about each and every details about the activity.
3. For those people who do not in-charge in the activities, please prepare anything that you think is appropriate.
4. Suet Choon and Kean Vonn please prepare your script. Do seek help from Hui Ching and Kiko for the story line. Be lively, simple, understandable and of course creative.
5. Each instructor have to prepare what are you going to talk as well. Be simple but organize.

Hello everyone,

Take note that this thursday, although Dr.Annie cancel her morning lecture, the slot will be taken up
by Mr.Tan to replace his lecture that canceled last week. So it means that this thursday there will be
two child lecture in a day.
Also take note for the replacement for Abnormal Lecture on Wednesday. Do not miss it.
